Wild Agent
Common questions
Straight answers, including what this does not do.
Do I need my brokerage's permission?
Check with your brokerage first. Many require approval of personal websites and social posts, and the brokerage is answerable for its agents' advertising. We can supply the pages as a draft for you to submit.
Will this get me leads?
It gives clients a fast, trustworthy place to land and tools to share. It does not generate leads on its own: you still promote it through your own channels.
Can I list properties on it?
Any post or page that offers a specific property is advertising and needs a Trakheesi permit number, plus a QR code on printed and video ads. The base package focuses on education and tools. Listing templates include permit fields.
Is the Arabic translated by AI?
No. Pages are written ahead of time and checked by a native speaker. No AI translation runs on your site.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you receive the files.
Are the calculators advice?
No. They are illustrations using published rules and sample figures. Fees and lending limits change, so check with the Dubai Land Department and your bank.
What about the UAE Media Council advertiser permit?
Sources differ on whether it applies to agents promoting their employer's listings. Ask your brokerage compliance officer or a lawyer. We do not give legal advice.
